Well these fillers covered what all they went through and shown how they developed through those years and became chunin while naruto & sasuke were gone.
These aren't really bad, have interesting points and some nice jutsu's and characters but it gets too longer to watch when there is that war going on and two of our main characters badly injured.
Few episodes left so hope to see the real fight again.

It's really sad to see the ones that have died, again. Bittersweet...
